- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Confirmar las sentencias proferidas por las Salas Civiles del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá y de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 16 de octubre y el 29 de noviembre de 2001 respectivamente, para negar la protección de sus derechos fundamentales de petición y a la seguridad social, invocados por los señores Gentil Eliécer Córdoba Abadía, Josefa María Escorcia Negrini, Teresa Perea Mosquera, Iván Silvano Lozano Osorio y Reyes Murillo Sánchez contra el Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
